Role & responsibilities

  • Identify potential collaborations for Mpower's outreach initiatives.
  • Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, NGOs corporates or any other relevant institutes or initiatives to drive mental health awareness and provide solutions for their queries through mental health workshops / webinars and capacity building trainings
  • Proactively reach out to clients for other verticals collaboration Helpline/Cell/Minds Matter/Centre
  • Maintain on-going relations to develop long term collaboration with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporate government bodies or any other relevant institutes, ensuring repeat business opportunities with them.
  • Generate leads and maintain databases while also consistently following up and documenting the same.
  • Focusing on achieving targets and conversion of generated leads with meetings and follow ups.
  • Documenting and end to end Reporting of numbers achieved, discrepancy, journey of each lead entered in the database, making monthly and quarterly reports
  • Assuming responsibility for financial budgets and revenue
  • Collaborate and work with team members to plan and implement mental health solutions.
  • Ensure all requirements pertaining to workshops as planned are in place by coordinating between internal teams and external parties.
