Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Staff Management & Training: Supervising, training, and motivating production staff to meet quality standards and production targets.
  • Resource & Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling production costs, managing budgets, and ensuring the efficient utilization of raw materials and equipment.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations within the production area.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, recommending changes, and implementing new procedures.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and procurement, to optimize operations and resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating production reports, analyzing data to monitor performance, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
