Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing (International Sales, CR & BD) | 3–6 years’ experience (min. 3 years in international sales)

🔹 About the Role

Lead global sales initiatives, forge strong international client partnerships, and drive business development in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and represent us at trade shows and exhibitions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
  • Drive lead generation, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and reporting
  • Coordinate with engineering, order processing, and logistics teams
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings

👤 What We’re Looking For

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)
  • 3–6 years in engineering/manufacturing sales with 3+ years in international markets
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur; ready for international travel
