Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing (International Sales, CR & BD) | 3–6 years’ experience (min. 3 years in international sales)
About the Role
Lead global sales initiatives, forge strong international client partnerships, and drive business development in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and represent us at trade shows and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new market opportunities worldwide
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers
- Drive lead generation, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and reporting
- Coordinate with engineering, order processing, and logistics teams
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
What We’re Looking For
- BE in Mechanical Engineering + MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)
- 3–6 years in engineering/manufacturing sales with 3+ years in international markets
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur; ready for international travel
