What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to shape Proxsoft's marketing engine, brand presence, and growth roadmap. Your responsibilities will span marketing, business strategy, and operations:

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, and case studies.
  • Assist in designing marketing campaigns targeted at US construction clients.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for videos, designs, reels, and presentations.
  • Manage company profiles (LinkedIn, website, directories, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Business Development

  • Research potential clients and industry verticals.
  • Assist in proposal creation, RFP submissions, and outreach tracking.
  • Help prepare capability decks, product demos, and marketing assets.

Strategic Operations

  • Coordinate cross-functional updates across Projects, Marketing, Design, and Finance.
  • Track execution of internal projects and key deliverables.
  • Support setup of scalable systems like HR workflows, internal SOPs, and CRM processes.

Digital Tools & Product Support

  • Assist in building or testing digital tools, PowerApps prototypes, and POCs.
  • Work with the tech team to improve the website, content, and user journeys.
  • Explore tools like HubSpot, n8n, Power BI, and automation platforms.

Founder Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and high-priority tasks.
  • Serve as the execution partner for new ideas, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, project coordination, or operations.
  • Exposure to the construction and infrastructure industry is a significant advantage.
  • Preference for candidates from IITs/NITs or strong academic backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication & research skills.
  • Hands-on with Excel/PowerPoint + a basic understanding of CRM or project tools.
  • Willingness to learn AI tools, automation systems, and Power Platform.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with leadership.
