About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of RBI Guidelines and a proven background in the NBFC sector. The ideal candidate will ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are effectively implemented and adhered to within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret RBI circulars, notifications, and guidelines on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure timely implementation and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Advise internal departments and process owners on compliance-related queries and procedural changes.
- Review new business proposals, partnerships, and policy modifications for regulatory alignment.
- Assist in preparing and submitting returns to RBI and other regulators.
- Support audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, Board, and compliance committees.
Required Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance framework.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict timelines.
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling regulatory matters.
Qualifications
- Education: CA / CS / CMA / LLB / MBA (Finance or related field)
- Experience: 2–5 years in Compliance or Regulatory roles within the NBFC sector is mandatory.
