  • Serve as a subject matter resource on U.S. State and Federal Insurance Laws and Regulations related to privacy, providing guidance and clarification to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Review, assess, and document potential privacy incidents, ensuring timely and accurate logging in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Demonstrate agility in managing shifting priorities to effectively support customer inquiries and evolving business needs.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including relevant products, services, and operational processes within the team.
  • Escalate suspected privacy violations to Clients and provide consultative support throughout the investigation and resolution process.
  • Draft, update, and manage documentation such as standard operating procedures, job aids, workflows, and compliance matrices to support privacy operations.
  • Monitor business functions and operational areas for potential compliance risks, ensuring alignment with State and Federal privacy regulations.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions that influence strategic compliance initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Provide regulatory compliance support across departments, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain and prepare privacy-related compliance documentation, agreements, and reports as needed to support internal and external requirements.

***Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm CST).
