Description

Wolfspeed seeks a Workday Analyst to enhance our HR Technology ecosystem as the primary subject matter expert for US Benefits & US Payroll. You'll also support other modules as the secondary SME including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Security and Reporting. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with HR COEs to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into Workday solutions
  • Design, configure, test, and implement Workday system functionality end-to-end 
  • Gather requirements and recommend process optimizations to eliminate manual work
  • Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets affecting data quality and system integrity
  • Execute biannual Workday feature releases and service updates 
  • Document processes and test all changes before production deployment
  • Follow Workday audit parameters and respond to audit requests from IT and Audit teams to ensure system compliance and data integrity
  • Evaluate enhancement requests and manage project roadmaps
  • Manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments 

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • 3+ years configuration and hands-on Workday experience with Absence, Benefits, and US Payroll.
  • Proficiency in multiple HCM modules with Security experience as a plus.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
