AdTip AI is an AI-driven interactive advertising and content platform where ads think, talk, and reward users. Users converse with ads, ask questions, discover products, and earn rewards that can be spent or withdrawn. Content creators engage audiences face-to-face using DeepTech, delivering real-time, entertaining, and emotionally engaging experiences.

Our platform unifies users, creators, sellers, advertisers, and publishers into a single ecosystem, with AI-driven ads running both on AdTip and third-party apps. We aim to transform digital advertising into meaningful engagement that benefits everyone.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist to help AdTip secure funding and build strong relationships with investors. You will be responsible for fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and deal execution, playing a critical role in scaling our global platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential investors (VCs, angels, strategic partners).
  • Prepare and present pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising materials.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Advise on funding terms, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Keep investors updated on milestones, growth metrics, and strategic plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in venture capital, fundraising, or investor relations.
  • Strong network of investors and understanding of startup funding cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to work directly with founders and leadership.
  • Passion for AI, ad-tech, and innovative digital platforms is a plus.
