This full-time on-site role in Vishakhapatnam involves managing key projects, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to drive the Founder’s strategic and operational priorities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and set up meetings with potential investors, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring that all interactions align with the Founder's schedule and strategic objectives.Act as a liaison between the Founder and various internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.Assist in preparing presentations and financial models to support the Founder in pitches, negotiations, and internal meetings.Manage correspondence and strategic follow-ups with key contacts.Attend meetings and briefings with the Founder, taking notes and providing summaries to ensure clear action items and follow-ups.Support the Founder in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Qualifications:Proven experience in strategic planning and decision support.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong research, report preparation, and presentation capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the technology sector is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and high-level executive support.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large data sets accurately. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure.Proven record of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.Preference for candidates with industry research experience informing founders’ strategic and investment decisions.Previous experience in venture capital or private equity is highly preferred.
