We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office - Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team at Richmonde Ananta Elite. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold company values.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
- A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
