Job Title : Junior Technical Consultant in SaaS

Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Administration – Configure, manage, and optimize M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform), manage accounts, licenses, access control, and automate with PowerShell.
  • Google Workspace Administration – Manage Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, security policies, access permissions, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance.
  • Business Email Migrations – Lead and execute migrations (e.g., Google Workspace → M365), ensure data integrity, troubleshoot, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Endpoint Management (Intune) – Manage device enrollments, compliance, and security policies.
  • Microsoft Defender Administration – Configure, monitor, and maintain Defender, respond to alerts, and improve security posture.
  • Support & Ticket Handling – Provide user support across M365 & Google Workspace, resolve issues, and deliver training.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in M365 & Google Workspace administration.
  • Hands-on experience in email migration projects.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Admin Console).
  • Experience in Intune (or similar) and Microsoft Defender.
  • PowerShell scripting & automation skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Certifications (Microsoft Certified: M365 Administrator, Google Workspace Admin Associate).
  • Experience in large-scale email and data migrations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or in teams.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.

Ability to train and support non-technical staff.
