Industry- preferably from Residential Interiors 

Qualification- Btech/ Diploma in Civil 

Desired Qualities and Experience. 

  • Has good knowledge of residential projects with a very keen eye for detail
  • Has large pool of vendors( supplier/ installer or applicators)
  • Has an understanding of different types of material
  • Should have handled a team of engineers and workforce.
  • Experience of Auto-CAD and MSoffice is good to have
  • Should have a pleasant personality
  • Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for Villas/ Residential Projects

Responsibilities 

  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion with timely resources and procurement planning.
  • Manage multiple construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
  • Overseeing the plans on a daily basis ensuring progress, workforce tracking/ schedule and necessary report submission.
  • Cordinate with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
  • Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
  • Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
  • Should be self motivated and provide positive direction to motivate the team to implement quality performance
  • Keeping up with industry trends and new development
