Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
  • Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
