Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and entrepreneurial Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Founder on key business initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working across multiple domains — operations, marketing, sales, and strategy.

You'll manage day-to-day priorities, build data-driven insights, coordinate cross-functional projects, and help drive operational excellence — all while learning how a D2C luxury brand scales from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Founder on daily business operations, analysis, and project execution.
  • Create and maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and data sets for strategic decisions.
  • Own short-term projects and ensure on-time delivery through coordination with different teams.
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Communicate effectively and politely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM platforms for task tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflows, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Adapt to dynamic priorities and maintain clarity under fast-changing situations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is essential.
  • Prior internship or exposure to operations, data analytics, or startup environments preferred.
