What you'll do:

  • Assist with general office administration and coordination
  • Support the founder's team with research and project management tasks
  • Help organize schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Track key operational metrics and assist with reporting
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functions
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to streamline operations and support team needs

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Interest in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
