About the Role

We're looking for a versatile and creative Founder's Office Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments and can seamlessly switch between strategy, execution, and creativity.

You'll work directly with the founders across projects in fundraising, marketing, operations, and growth—helping the company scale efficiently while maintaining its creative edge.

This is a high-impact role where you'll wear multiple hats and gain exposure to every aspect of building and growing a tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic and Operational Support

Assist the founders in preparing decks and presentations for investors, partners, and clients

Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to support decision-making and product positioning

Create and maintain databases for fundraising, investors, and sales outreach

Help design and refine internal processes for growth, collaboration, and performance tracking

1. Content, SEO, and Marketing

Use AI tools to generate keyword insights, SEO strategies, and best-ranking phrases for blog and web content

Assist in writing, editing, and optimizing blogs, newsletters, and thought-leadership content

Ideate and produce video scripts using for social media, marketing, and brand storytelling

Collaborate on creating marketing assets, including landing pages, pitch decks, and visual creatives

Update and maintain the company website—editing copy, optimizing SEO, refreshing visuals, and adding new resources or media

1. Creative Direction and Branding

Contribute creative ideas for video marketing campaigns, social media posts, and visual storytelling

Curate and update brand visuals, website imagery, and product showcase materials

Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications

Collaborate with designers and editors to enhance brand identity and storytelling

1. Growth and Fundraising Initiatives

Assist founders in investor communications, pitch preparations, and demo materials

Help manage investor CRM and track ongoing fundraising conversations

Create data-backed reports and summaries for business performance, growth metrics, and pipeline tracking

Coordinate with external partners, agencies, or advisors on strategic projects

Who You Are

A self-starter who enjoys solving new problems and learning fast

A generalist with strong creative and analytical skills

Familiar with AI tools for video, writing, design, or productivity (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gemini, Runway, etc.)

Has a good sense of visual design and an eye for aesthetics

Comfortable working across domains—content, product, marketing, and strategy

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in a startup, founder's office, or growth-focused role

Prior exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or content creation

Experience editing websites or managing no-code tools
