Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Deputy General Manager (Sales)
to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across the immigration and international education services sector. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, strong leadership, and hands-on sales expertise to expand market presence, build client relationships, and deliver on ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and expand the sales function to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing ones.
  • Build and nurture high-value client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Identify emerging trends in the international education and immigration market to drive competitive advantage.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth strategies for senior management.
  • Represent WeAbide at key industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the immigration, education, or service industry is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and inspire high-performing teams.
