Role Description

We are seeking a Production Merchandiser for our Women's Wear (Woven) division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khandsa, Gurugram. Experience in export/buying houses is a MUST. Must be able to handle multiple brands and parallel orders with ease.

The candidate will oversee production processes to ensure quality and timely delivery of garments, coordinate between design, production, and buyers to fulfil buyer requirements, manage purchase orders and follow-ups, and monitor production schedules.

Qualifications

  • Planning and co-ordinating effectively with brands, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and production monitoring systems is an advantage.
