Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Product Merchandiser to manage product development, sampling, vendor coordination, and production tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and product costing, along with excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth end-to-end merchandising operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with designers and product teams for new product development.
  • Manage sampling, approvals, fit checks, and quality reviews.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and production units regarding orders and timelines.
  • Track production from order placement to final delivery.
  • Maintain product sheets, costing files, pricing records, and technical details.
  • Monitor stock of fabrics, trims, accessories, and raw materials.
  • Ensure quality control standards at all stages of production.
  • Prepare and maintain product catalogues, photos, SKU details, and merchandising data.
  • Liaise with the marketing team for campaigns, product shoots, and launches.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor products.
  • Create weekly or monthly merchandising and production reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Merchandising, or Textile preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product or garment merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, merchandising tools, and inventory software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
