Role Description
We're looking for someone who can keep our production engine running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating with suppliers, solving daily production challenges, and making sure styles move from idea → sample → production → delivery on time, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Plan production as per sales demand and seasons.
• Manage fabric suppliers & garment manufacturers.
• Track sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
• Issue/manage POs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Negotiate costs and optimize production capacity.
• Maintain trackers/reporting (must be good with Excel).
What You Need
• 1+ year experience in apparel production / merchandising / vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
• Understanding of fabrics and garment manufacturing.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
Bonus Points
• Experience with western wear or fast-fashion.
• Vendor contacts in Delhi/NCR.
Work Details
- Location: South City 2, Gurgaon (On-site only)
- Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
