Role Summary
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and monthly marketing calendars.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and costings with influencers.
- Brief influencers on brand guidelines, messaging, and expected outcomes.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate product dispatch, PR boxes, and gifting initiatives.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new content formats.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect brand identity, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support the brand team in content planning and digital marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
