About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse domains and multiple hiring levels. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to hire talent across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 colleges and professional experience levels, ensuring a high-quality and inclusive talent pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse functions and levels.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies.
  • Source talent using multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and campus outreach.
  • Assess candidates objectively through structured interviews and competency-based evaluation.
  • Maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure timely updates to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
  • Prepare hiring metrics and recruitment performance reports for leadership review.
  • Uphold confidentiality, policy compliance, and ethical hiring standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience across varied industries and role complexities.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring profiles across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 institutions and different career stages.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
