Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Vadodara. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales opportunities. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and promote the company's products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience
  • Proven track record in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the sustainability or bioplastics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is beneficial
