Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting day-to-day store operations. This role requires enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach to create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, card, etc.).
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and priced correctly.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Participate in promotional activities, visual merchandising, and inventory counts.
- Stay updated on new products, offers, and store policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
