Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming requests to determine if sufficient information is available to raise a chargeback in accordance with Scheme Rules.
  • Own complex customer requests and manage issues from start to finish.
  • Deliver first point resolution for customers in line with operating procedures.
  • Manage case handling of disputes from receipt to raising a chargeback.
  • Triage and interpret incoming customer requests to assess information adequacy and request additional details when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess the impact of process changes.

Experience Requirement:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in banking operations, payment disputes, or chargeback handling.
  • Hands-on experience in chargeback and dispute management processes.
  • Exposure to voice support or customer operations is a plus.
  • Experience in interpreting Scheme Rules, financial regulations, or payment network guidelines.
  • Ability to handle complex customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Any Graduation.
