About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and self-driven female candidates for the role of Business Development Executive. This is a target-based role designed for freshers or candidates with prior internship experience who are looking to start a career in Business Development and Sales within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and digital platforms.
- Engage with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings to promote IT services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute business strategies.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and performance progress.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (Freshers or internship-experienced).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Good knowledge/understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with target-based work.
- Willingness to relocate after 6 months.
