We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business proposals, and sales reports to management.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role (internship/entry-level experience is also acceptable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work under pressure to achieve sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
