Automobile Sales Executive

JD FOR SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team at DAP KIA Pvt Ltd. The role involves assisting customers in finding the right vehicle, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Greet and assist customers in the showroom and provide detailed information on KIA vehicles.
2.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models, features, and finance options.
3.Conduct test drives and explain vehicle specifications, performance, and after-sales benefits.
4.Prepare and present price quotations, financing, and leasing options.
5.Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
6.Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat and referral business.
7.Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth documentation and delivery.
8.Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and automotive industry trends.
9.Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (KIA or other car brands preferred).
2.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3.Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
4.Knowledge of financing and insurance processes is an advantage.
5.Must hold a valid driving license.
6.Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
