Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
'¢ Sales Leadership & Target Achievement:
'¢ Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.

'¢ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

'¢ Ensure effective execution of sales plans across the assigned territory.

'¢ Business Development & Client Management:
'¢ Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with OEMs, automobile dealers, and distributors.

'¢ Secure and execute orders while providing after-sales support.

'¢ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore avenues for business expansion.

'¢ Team Management & Performance Monitoring:
'¢ Keep the sales team motivated and track their progress towards targets.

'¢ Monitor and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.

'¢ Ensure that Sales Managers submit timely monthly summary reports.

'¢ Payment & Outstanding Management:
'¢ Expedite bill payments and ensure control over outstanding dues.

'¢ Work closely with the finance team to streamline the payment process.

'¢ Travel & Reporting:
'¢ Travel across India as required for business development and client meetings.

'¢ Submit reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
'¢ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

'¢ Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in sales & business development in the automobile, OEM, or auto paint industry.

'¢ Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.

'¢ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.

'¢ Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

'¢ Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competition.

'¢ Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel pan-India as per business requirements.
