  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to complete documentation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and market trends.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Diploma or certification in automobile sales or marketing (an advantage).
  • Experience:1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field.
  • Experience in luxury or commercial vehicle sales will be an added advantage.
  • Salary Range:Depends on experience and performance — typically includes basic pay incentives.
