Job Title: Customer Support Executive US Health Insurance Voice Process

Location: Mohali

Employment Type: Full-time / Rotational Shifts (US Shift)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in an international voice process (preferably US healthcare/insurance)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our US Health Insurance Voice Process team. The role involves assisting US-based customers with health insurance queries, policy information, and claims support while ensuring exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers regarding health insurance policies, claims, benefits, and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and adherence to US customer service etiquette.
  • Comply with HIPAA guidelines, quality standards, and process protocols.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Achieve set KPIs including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process (US healthcare/insurance preferred).
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-adaptable accent.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare/insurance terms is an advantage.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in US night shifts.
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
  • High school diploma / Graduation in any stream.
