JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Head of Administration
Qualification: MBA (Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management), MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
Maintain compliance with NABH, JCI, and other regulatory standards
Budget planning, cost optimisation, and financial management
Coordinate between medical and non-medical teams for efficient patient care delivery
Implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction, staff retention, and quality control
Lead a team of administrative professionals to ensure operational excellence
Experience: 5 to 15+ years (based on hospital requirements)
