Job Description :
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
- Generate and export reports as required.
- Respond to information requests and provide data to authorized personnel.
- Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing records (physical and digital).
- Perform regular backups to secure data.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
