**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company data and transactions
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation
- Support accounting, HR, and logistics departments as required
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other documents
- Assist in maintaining and updating office databases and systems
- Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
