A Back Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of a company's back office. This includes tasks like record-keeping, data entry, filing, and communication with other departments. They often handle tasks related to correspondence, scheduling, and managing office supplies. Key Responsibilities:

- **Record Keeping & Data Entry**: Maintaining accurate records and databases, and entering data efficiently.
- **Filing & Organization**: Organizing and filing documents, both physically and digitally, to ensure easy access.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Acting as a liaison between departments, answering inquiries, and forwarding messages.
- **Office Management**: Managing office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked environment, and maintaining equipment.
- **Scheduling & Appointment Management**: Scheduling meetings and appointments, often for senior executives.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in back-office operations and proposing solutions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, and analyzing data.
- **Customer Support**: Providing customer support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Both written and verbal, for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- **Data Entry & Record-Keeping Skills**: Accuracy and proficiency in entering and maintaining data.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy is crucial for maintaining accurate records and databases.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,602.34 per month
