The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire high-value business clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the business banking landscape and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business banking sales and a deep knowledge of the industry trends and challenges.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of acquisition specialists and provide strategic direction for business banking sales.
- Identify and target high-potential business clients, conducting thorough market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain business banking clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client acquisition process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the market.
- Analyze and interpret sales data, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales performance.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards in client acquisition.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Deep knowledge of the business banking industry, including products, services, and market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems is essential.
