Location: Noida Sector 62 ( Remote)

Work time - 12:00 AM to 8 :00 AM

Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data accurately and efficiently while interacting with international clients to understand requirements and deliver work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and Word documents.

  2. Manage data quality by performing regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  3. Communicate fluently with international clients to understand their requirements and provide necessary updates.

  4. Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and project coordination.

  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Requirements:

1.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (Formatting, Document Creation).

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.

  2. Ability to interact professionally with international clients and understand their work requirements.

  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.

  4. Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.

  5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience working in a client-facing role.

  2. Familiarity with data management tools and practices.

  3. Previous experience in handling international clients is a plus.
