1. Travel Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and organize detailed domestic & international itineraries.
  • Book flights, hotels, transport, and handle visas, insurance, and travel documents.

2. Personalized Concierge Services

  • Manage MD's preferences (meals, seating, hotel amenities).
  • Arrange VIP services, early check-ins/late check-outs, and private transfers.
  • Suggest restaurants, leisure, and meeting venues.

3. Logistics & Scheduling

  • Align travel with MD's calendar for smooth transitions.
  • Prepare detailed travel briefs and itineraries.

4. Expense Management

  • Manage budgets, approvals, and maintain expense records.

5. Crisis & Change Management

  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.

6. Liaison & Coordination

  • Act as main contact for travel partners, embassies, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with HR, admin, and personal assistants for scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
