Lifestyle Yoga is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a unique and exciting role where you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy for two distinct wellness brands: Lifestyle Yoga Dubai, a premier local studio, and Manav Yoga UK, our growing international brand.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, grow our community, and increase revenue across both the UAE and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies tailored to each brand's unique audience and market (UAE & UK).
  • Digital Marketing: Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook), and email marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, Reels, blog articles, and email newsletters that align with our brand voice.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads for memberships, workshops, and online courses.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Develop and manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, implementing strategies to nurture leads and maximize customer acquisition.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and sales targets.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our community online and foster local partnerships in Dubai to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Digital Expertise: Demonstrable hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Location: India - Future opportunity to move to Dubai
  • Sales Acumen: Strong experience in developing sales funnels and a proven ability to drive revenue.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai and UK consumer market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
