Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer located in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered products, conducting user research, creating visual design elements, and applying design thinking principles to develop innovative and functional solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute product designs, gathering and analyzing user feedback, and refining designs for optimal user experience. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating meaningful, visually appealing designs that align with Studio Saddles' brand values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Design and Visual Design to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing product solutions.
  • Strong skills in Design Thinking and the ability to approach problems with a user-focused perspective.
  • Experience in User Research and UX Research to understand user behavior and improve design functionality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and design software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
