We are hiring ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of experience.

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overall security strategy, architecture across the ServiceNow platform maintaining security across data, processes, reporting, global roles/teams and proactively driving pragmatic solutions that support the business in a secure, transparent and resilient manner. This critical position values integrity, quality, expertise, precision, communication, and efficiency and required to define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

  • Identify the current needs, demand from the business community, and understand systems feasibilities to cater to those needs and implement robust solutions in the system to address those need gaps.

  • This position requires an individual that demonstrates leadership, business strategy, decision-making, and management skills, and to oversee the ServiceNow Security Operation implementations to serve our clients with excellence

  • As a ServiceNow expert you will be closely involved in the implementation of ServiceNow projects for our customers around the globe. You would be expected to familiarize yourself step by step with each phase of a software development project, and to assume your own responsibilities, especially in relation to independent programming tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement ITSM solutions using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
- Create and configure Service Portal and widgets.
