Senior ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 8+ years
Role Overview:
The Senior ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions that span ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD modules. This role requires deep expertise in domain separation strategy, integration, and leveraging Generative AI capabilities through NowLLM (and/or OpenAI LLM) integration. The architect will gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and govern architecture to ensure scalability and security.
Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.

•    Architect and implement domain separation to enable data and process segregation across multiple organizations or business units, ensuring logical and hierarchical separation.

•    Design and implement solutions across ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, Integrations, IRM, and HRSD modules aligned with industry best practices.

•    Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and other enterprise applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.

•    Utilize NowLLM and/or OpenAI LLM integration to embed Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows, enhancing automation and user experience.

•    Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, perform workshops, and elicit detailed functional and technical requirements.

•    Define architectural standards, governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with security and scalability requirements.

•    Mentor junior architects, developers, and lead technical teams towards successful delivery.

•    Support presales activities with technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
Required Skills and Experience:

•    Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.

•    Hands-on experience implementing domain separation, including setting up global, parent, and child domains with data and process segregation.

•    Strong expertise across key ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD.

•    Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).

•    Knowledge of Generative AI integration frameworks such as NowLLM and OpenAI LLM within ServiceNow.

•    Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and configuring workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

•    Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•    Experience with ServiceNow architecture governance and solution documentation.

•    Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for ServiceNow implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:

•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist(s) in relevant modules.

•    Manufacturing industry best practices.

•    Experience with ServiceNow NowAssist and Generative AI Controller.

•    Experience working in large enterprise or managed service provider environments involving multi-tenancy and domain separation.
