Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Maintain and update MIS databases, dashboards, and systems.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Identify data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies; ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with different teams (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations, Sales) to gather required information.
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data management practices.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requirements from management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/mechanical/electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and other data management tools.
  • Knowledge of database management and reporting software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau – optional).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
