Associate Scrum Master, Agile Practices

The Team: 

We are seeking a Scrum Master for our technology team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coach Scrum teams in the adoption of Scrum practices.
• Work with product owners to create and refine product backlogs.
• Help teams to plan and estimate sprints.
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Remove impediments to team progress.
• Facilitating requirements gathering and analysis.
• Help teams in prioritizing backlog items.
• Help teams to continuously improve their processes.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
