Key Responsibilities

 Scrum Facilitation : Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed and that the team adheres to Agile principles

 Team Coordination : Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.

 Project Planning : Assist in the planning and estimation of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that project plans are realistic and achievable.

 Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and met.

 Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

 Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of risks on project delivery.

 Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Generate regular reports on project progress, team performance, and key metrics.

 Training and Mentoring : Provide training and mentoring to team members on Agile and Scrum practices. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

 Compliance and Standards : Ensure that all project management activities comply with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

 Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

 Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Agile Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Experience in implementing and managing Agile projects.

 Problem-Solving : Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.

 Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

 Documentation : Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports.

 Risk Management : Knowledge of risk management principles and best practices. Preferred Qualifications  Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

 Project Management Tools : Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills:

 Strong hands-on experience with development project in .net C#, python and application development project

 In-depth knowledge of system architecture, concepts, and troubleshooting.

 Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker.

 Understanding with CI/CD tools or GitOps workflows.

 knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.  Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
