Role & responsibilities

  • 3D Model Development

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for office, retail, hospitality, and other commercial interiors using Revit or similar tools.

  • Model partitions, ceilings, furniture, finishes, lighting, and joinery with precise dimensions and materials.

  • Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate interior models with architectural, structural disciplines.

  • Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design or technical clashes.

  • Documentation

  • Produce 2D drawings (plans, RCPs, elevations, details) and material schedules from the BIM model.

  • Maintain accuracy in drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.

  • Material & Data Management

  • Develop and update BIM libraries for commercial interior components and finishes.

  • Extract quantities and specifications to support estimation and procurement teams.

  • Visualization Support

  • Generate realistic views and walkthroughs for design presentations and client approvals.
