Role Overview:

Bind growth. Expand client portfolios. Craft and close compelling digital marketing deals. As Business Development Manager, you'll be the engine behind agency growth—identifying new opportunities, building client trust, and working with internal teams to deliver service excellence across SEO, PPC, social media, content, influencer campaigns, creative design, and more.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.

· Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

· Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and client presentations tailored to digital marketing services.

· Manage and grow relationships with existing clients; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, operations) to design and deliver solutions that meet client goals.

· Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt offerings and sales strategies.

· Achieve and exceed revenue targets, sales goals, and margins as set by management.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about client industries and adapt digital strategies to sector-specific needs

· Monitor post-sale client satisfaction and gather feedback to drive improvement in processes, campaign delivery, or service offerings.

· Manage risk: identify potential issues in deals (scope creep, unrealistic expectations, payment delays) and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

· Typically 5+ years in business development or sales roles within a digital marketing, advertising, or related agency.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web development, etc.

· Excellent written & verbal presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to define and execute sales strategies, make data-driven decisions, and forecast revenue.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads, proposals, and projects; good time management.

· Experience in Healthcare Industry is Preferred.
