Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage operations at our Thrissur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through deposit canvassing, managing gold loan operations, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deposit canvassing efforts to achieve branch targets
  • Oversee gold loan processing and related customer services
  • Manage overall branch operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Coordinate with customers, team members, and senior management
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare reports and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in deposit mobilization, gold loans, or financial services is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Educational qualification: Degree or equivalent
