If you have a strong background in Banking/NBFC with hands-on experience in Gold Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and NCD operations, this is a great opportunity to step up your career.Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily morning meetings and cascade management instructions.- Oversee branch transactions, expense control, vouchers, registers, and end-of-day processes.- Custodian of branch keys, important documents, and unused cheques.- Drive and monitor business targets, loan recovery, and promotional activities.- Ensure accurate system entries, authorizations, and timely fund remittances.- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain branch decorum.- Manage audits, statutory licenses, and compliance requirements.- Verify pledged items and ensure operational excellence.- Maintain customer databases and submit timely reports to HO/ROM.Requirements:- ✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC sector.- ✅ Proficient in handling NCD, NCD Sub-Dept, Business Loan, Gold Loan, and Vehicle Loan products.- Qualification: Any UG/PG.- Strong leadership, business development, and branch administration skills.
